I’ve promised to reserve my attempts to introduce Oppo to new and absurd music to no more than four examples a year. Normally I’ll give a new release no less than a month before posting it anywhere. This is less than a week.

Hmm I usually don't give Oppo music a listen but calling it new and absurd intrigued me. Not my genre but stunning visuals. The inside the bottle shot I particularly liked.

Yeah I don’t think my music is palatable enough to a newcomer to alternative rock to really be worth posting here. And there’s plenty of hours rules and the like when we need them, so I try to make “#original” content; usually correcting all my errors in the post gets out of hand.
I don’t expect you to watch all of these

reminds me a bit of Broken Bells crossed with Sampha... But not much like SBTRKT...
though i still dig the fuck out of this all these years later

I figured you would weigh in after expecting something crazy.

You’re welcome and thank you for posting something that isn’t overexposed pop music.

Thanks, w asn’t aware of any these artists.
V ideo I posted isn’t representative of what I normally listen to. ttyymmnn and I recently compared notes in a classical horn thread for instance. If you can call a casual listener enjoining a pro musician to discuss their instrument with them “c omparing notes”.
Studio crafted music has become much more prominent recently for obvious reasons.
